Balanced Path Psychiatry offers thoughtful, collaborative mental health care for adults throughout Washington State, with both in-person and tele-health appointments available.

We believe the best care begins with listening. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, substance use concerns, or simply feeling stuck, treatment is tailored to your experiences, goals, and values.

Our approach is collaborative and transparent—you remain the expert on your own life. We’re here to help you make sense of symptoms, explore treatment options, and move forward at a pace that feels right.

Starting care should feel straightforward.

Beginning psychiatric care can feel uncertain, especially if you’ve never worked with a prescriber before. We’ve created a clear process so you know what to expect from the first visit onward.

From scheduling your first appointment to building a treatment plan together, each step is designed to be transparent, collaborative, and supportive.
